Daily Bulletin for October 1st

Good morning Floodwood students and staff. Today is Tuesday, October 1st.

Good luck to the Volleyball team in their home game against Two Harbors tonight at 7:00 pm.

Youth In Action Meeting today during Lunch in the Staff Lounge in the cafeteria.

Ms. Waldron’s 3rd hour class please report to Ms. Rocco, 6th hour to Ms. Davidson, and 7th hour to the office.

Mr. Bartsch’s 1st hour please report to his room 207. There will be no gym this morning.

There will be a bus evacuation drill immediately after the announcements this morning. Please have your students head up to the bus loading area at the North doors.

The Bloodmobile will be here tomorrow. Please check with Jordan Romanek or Ms. Rocco to see if they have appointments available. Giving blood, saves lives.

10th, 11th and 12th graders: Talent Search will be heading to University of Wisconsin - Superior next Tuesday, October 8th for the College and Career Fair.   

Tomorrow will be the Trio Talent Search STEM Day. This is the kick off for “College Knowledge Month” with STEM activities. 9th – 12th grade sessions before lunch reporting to your 1st hour class for attendance. 5th – 8th grade sessions after lunch.

There will be a ATV Safety Training Course sponsored by the Floodwood Police Department scheduled for Saturday, October 12th to provide training to area youth ages 10-15. For more information, please stop in the office during class passing time.

Today’s lunch is Chicken Nuggets, sweet potato fries, cucumber, milk and fruit.

Tomorrow’s breakfast is Cinnamon roll, fruit cup and juice.
