Tomorrow on Wednesday Super Second Graders will perform "contraction surgery!" We will study our patients. I had a patient named "cannot." After surgery he came out feeling brand new with a different look, "can't." The band-aid is our apostrophe.
Armed with their scapel (scissors), non-latex gloves, mask and their knowledge of a patient, Super Second Graders will perform their "surgery."
Sincerely,
Mr. Nelson
