The 6th grade went to Historic Fort Snelling, the State Capitol (thanks Mary Davidson for the private tour and getting us inside the Senate chambers), and we went to a Twins game. They won in the bottom of the 10th inning!





Kindergarten trip to Riverview Farm RESCHEDULED to Wednesday due to the rain. Please have your children wear "work" clothes tomorrow as we will be working out in the garden tomorrow afternoon. :)

1st to 3rd Track and field day is coming up on Tuesday May 23, from 12:30 to 2:30. If make up day, if needed, it will be on Friday, May 26, at 2:30.

ECFE at the zoo!




ECFE presents Robert The Magician on May 25th 11:30-12-30 in the small gym.
All preschoolers and families are invited for cake and coffee after the presentation. Preschoolers will be receiving participation certificates.

1st and 2nd grade enjoyed a behind the scenes trip to Floodwood Services and Training Recycling Program. Thank you!


2nd grade worked on building reading stamina. The rain forced us inside but we still finished our goal of 30 minutes!


8th graders sorting their survey data for their marketing project. As a group they needed to create 4 new flavors for a food product and survey a sample set to see which product is most popular. They then represented their data and wrote a letter to the food company proposing their new flavor idea.


Some of the 7th graders ready to run 100 meters for a math activity. Should running distances be the same for everyone or proportional to the runners height in a race?
