
Ms. Lori’s First Grade class wanted to celebrate and thank Dr. Villebrun for all she does for Floodwood during National Principal’s Month by surprising her with a poster! We all appreciate what you do for Floodwood School, Dr. Villebrun!





The TRIO program and The College of St. Scholastica planned a fun STEM day for our 5th-12th graders. The students created an app, flew drones and programed sphero balls.

Building a Foundation for Learning: The kindergarten class is a work in progress with students building a strong foundation for learning. We are discovering how to take risks, make mistakes, work together, problem solve, think creatively, persevere through challenges, and celebrate learning as members of a team. We are going to achieve great things this year because we're building our strong foundation.

For safety reasons, once students enter the school for any after school event (games, concerts, etc.), they are not allowed to leave and come back in unless they get permission ahead of time from supervisor. Also, all elementary age students must have a chaperone at all events.


NO PARKING ON HIGHWAY 73 AT ANY TIME! With the new highway and sidewalks, there is no room to park on Hwy 73. Parking there limits visibility and makes it dangerous for students crossing. For games and events, please park in any of the visitor, faculty, or student lots.Thank you!
